His mellow style of speaking (“Hey baby”) is a front, a shield and a method of getting people to trust him and assume he’s not very bright. That’s why, when he gets serious, he suddenly talks differently.

Occasionally but not much. Its bad for his physique and sets a bad example to Serrano

1. He acts dumb but he’s quite devious. His opponents are wary of his physical strength but always caught off guard by his intellect.
2. He has a high tolerance for pain and becomes unstoppable if Serrano’s in grave danger
3. He changes jobs a lot, but he seems to have no problem finding new positions (pun totally intended ^_~)

1. He’s always flirting, but his greatest fear is rape (the hypocrite!)
2. He owns nice clothes but prefers to just wear jeans. JUST jeans. ^_~

I think for me, its definitly 9/11.
TBH now, i hardly ever follow current events. I dont know the names of any politicians or who's doing what in which place. I was never any good for rememebering faces or names anyway. I never watch the news and if its my choice of radio i go straight for the music.
Im living in my own little world, lol. Im totally ignorant (and its not bliss. What a rip-off ¬.¬)

Still, i choose 9/11. I think that day affected everyone in some way.

It depends on how bad im feeling and whats going on at school/work that day.
If im hacking up a lung or throwing up everywhere, obviously id stay home. I mean, if you go to school/work when ur really REALLY sick, ull either get worse, give it to someone else, not be able to concentrate and/or only be a liability to everyone else.
If im feeling sick, but not terribly so, and theres something important on (like a deadline or work is very short-staffed) then id risk it and go in anyway.
When i was younger id take any excuse to stay home and write fiction or draw or watch anime or something, but now that im in college i have to re-evaluate my situation, lol.

For some reason im suddenly a total fangirl for violence, gangs and tough guys. For example:
"The Outsiders", a book about two gangs, the Greasers and the Socs (pronounced Soshes, short for Socialites). I love the whole Greaser gang.
"Firestarter", features Reece, a pyromaniac that wears inches thick make up, dresses in ripped clothes and chains and has blue hair.
"Xiaolin Showdown", Chase Young. Nuff said.
"Ferngully", Pips the elf. A tough guy as elves go. Leader of a small gang of bug-thugs.
"Bully", a video game. I love Gary. Scar, medication, paranoia, everything.
"Kingdom Hearts 2", i suddenly have a new appreciation for KH's version of a teen Seifer.
"Green Street Elite", a movie starring Elijah Wood. The GSE are a gang. Its better to watch it than read about it. Best soundtrack ever.

I havent updated my LJ in...months O.o MONTHS I SAY!! Im not reeeeally in a typing mood right now, but i feel i should bring this thing up to date anyway. One major event:

-Iv finished my Leaving Cert exams. Its scary. Now iv to get a job or apply to college...im not ready T.T I have no idea how the real world functions XD

And secondly, i have a boyfriend X3 Its June now and we started dating...mmm about a month ago. Late April, early May? i really should have been paying attention ^^;;
 He lives a bit out of the way so i only get to see him a few times a week. My mother does not like him or trust him. Gawd knows what his family thinks of me. (i neither talk nor eat in their presence). Some of my friends think hes cute (and believe me, he really really is <3) and some of them think i should "be cautious". Which i totally agree with O.o
Im startin to hit the proverbial brick wall though :P it always happens. If we werent friends before we went out, eventually i run out of things to talk about and refer back to the same subjects over and over. Repetion is not good. 

Oh, and iv been goin out to clubs and bars 4 days in a row. Drank more alcohol in those 4 days than in the last 4 years. My liver is on the verge of self-destruct XD

Yesterday, i went to my local libray for the first time in MONTHS *is ashamed*
Since id been there last, they'd done the place up and (to my utter JOY, no exaggeration!) they had significantly expanded the teenage section. During the hour and a half i spent browsing the new selection, i found this :

"FireStarter" by Catherine Forde. Oh yeah =D And heres the cover summary! Starting with a quote from the FireStarter himself :

To be honest, what first drew me to this book was the fact the main characters where males. I find it so hard to find a book with a female character that i can actually respect. Hermione of Harry Potter is one. Claudia from Interview With a Vampire in another. Lyra and Mrs. Coulter from Northern Lights are 2 more. Four. Thats literally all i can remember. 

 

To be honest, what gave birth to my re-submergance (is that even a word? O.o) in the fandom of Kingdom Hearts was the discovery of  Subarashiki Kono Sekai, the Nintendo DS game created by the KH Team, Square Enix and Jupiter.
I cannot WAIT for this game! Im buying a Nintendo DS just for this game!!



Anyways, I go through phases all the time. Before my current Kingdom Hearts phase, i was shipping Beyblade. Before that it was Naruto. Before that it was Beyblade again. And before that it was Harry Potter. (and before that? i think it was Gravitation. Or Naruto again).

Iv started playing Kingdom Hearts 2 for the 2nd time, and it is NOT any easier to follow! ^^;;
All the black Organization hoods...tricky stuff...iv almost finished Roxas' time in Twlight Town at the start and iv only just remembered that the Ansem look-alike is Riku O.o I wish i remembered sooner, its more interesting to see what he does knowing its Riku TT.TT

WHY does Sora seem happier to see Riku than Kairi towards the end?
As a yaoi fangirl, the immediate response from me is that he really likes Riku more than Kairi and just realised it being confronted with them both.
In Sora's memories Kairi is still a 14 year old girl. KH 1 focused on how much Sora and Riku liked Kairi (Riku x Kairi x Sora), with Kairi as the central love interest.
KH 2 however seems to appear more Riku x Sora x Kairi (at least it does to me) with Sora at the centre.

MY OPINIONS OF RIKU x SORA: 
 (i love that move Riku has. You know...the one where he protects Sora. *Points at the pic* Like that.)

I think that  Sora could possibly have feelings for Riku (feelings that go beyond platonic, but not quite romantic. YET.), though these hints come to a fore mainly in KH2. Sora has become older in KH2 and is becoming more aware of his own sexuality. This is obvious in the fact that he has daydreams about him and Kairi together throughout the game. But Sora still see's Kairi as a 14 year old, it seems he's idealised her somewhat. Only during the Reunion, when he's actually faced with them does he seem to be shaken up a bit, as demonstrated by his initial reactions to each of them.

THE REUNION & POSSIBLE REASONS FOR HIS REACTION:
i) The Non Fangirl Approach- Sora x Kairi
 (First KH Kairi again...)

-He's overwhelmed (especially due to the fact she's changed so much, at least in looks)
-Something about the quiet atmosphere does seem a bit romantic
-His reaction to seeing Riku comes from the fact he cant believe he's finally found him after all that time. Its like finding something you thought you'd lost, anyone would be estactic. ((I go mad-happy when i find the TV remote for example O.o))
-He and Kairi had already had their reunion moment in KH 1, which focused on Kairi as the love interest to both. KH 2 focuses on finding Riku as opposed to finding Kairi which was the goal for KH 1.
You need an appropriate conclusion to the missions after all.

ii) The Fangirl Approach- Riku x Sora
-Kairi's not what he remembered, and this causes him to have doubts. (Ever seen the "Doubts" icon of them? well here it is) 

Plus he hasnt seen her in a year. Maybe, on actually seeing her, he's realised his feelings have changed a bit.
-The reaction to seeing Riku compared to seeing Kairi...the fangirl view of this is obvious XD
"I searched everywhere for you", falling to his knees (in relief? overcome with joy?) Sora even cries a bit, he's way more emotional at his meeting with Riku than with Kairi.

REMEMBER:
Sora and Kairi do have a moment at the end, when he returns the charm.
Then again, that moment that Sora and Riku have in the World of Darkness kinda has its own momentum too.

PS. i HATE how people pair up Roxas x Namine just based on Sora x Kairi. Just based on that idea.
If your gonna ship a couple at least use more canon than that! Use examples!
Other than that, i love Namine XD Or at least her artistic talent =D

Titled "Proof Why Sasuke Isnt Gay".
I am a SasuNaru supporter, but i wanted to see what the opposition had to say.
Unfortunately, the creator had disabled comments on the video. So im gonna discuss it here!

First off, the video was hilarious. To me. It was a fairly serious video. But it was like listening to a rabid yaoi fan! One of the ones who let the love of the pairing get in the way of actual proof. (with the one major factor change being this is a het fan. A SasuSaku fan to be precise).

I could find arguements to every "proof point" the maker came up with! And because im bored, and going through a SasuNaru phase, im gonna type them out here.

1. The Kiss Scene
WolfGirl points out that
-the kiss was an accident
-they both look disgusted

LiaLight points out
-Accident it may be, but it sure was a long lasting accident
-Even fangirls accept this was a humour thing! Besides, it was early days! Sasuke and Naruto hadnt even begun to be friends yet! (And they look more shocked that disgusted during the kiss. There is a difference)
-For something that was an accident and apparently so disgusting, its odd how that scene keeps appearing in flashbacks during emotionally touching scenes.

 2. Revival
Wolfgirl points out
-Sasuke says he wants to "revive his clan". This means getting together with a woman. Wolfgirl claims this is Sakura.

LiaLight points out
-Actually this is a really good point. The only problem i have is with the Sakura propaganda. "Revive my clan" doesnt mean "Revive my clan by having babies with Sakura, and it has to and will be with Sakura!" 
Besides, he could mean revive its memory. Unlikely, but a possibilty. And again, it was early days. Maybe that was the original plan, but he hadnt begun to get to know Naruto at that point at all. 

3. Fight
Wolfgirl points out 
-that they cant love each other because they're always trying to kill each other

LiaLight points out
-This is true, but the thing about the SasuNaru ship that fans love is it depth and complications. Its not a simple "i love you - i love you too" ship. Its not even a standard rivalry ship. There are many emotional and conflicted levels to SasuNaru. Jealousy plays a big part. As does power. And tension. Its what the fight is about and what they say during the fights that makes or breaks the canon for us fangirls. 
The saying "You always hurt the one you love" definitly could apply here.
EG. Wasnt Naruto fighting Sasuke at one point because he wanted to bring him home with him? 

4. Unharmed
Wolfgirl points out
-Neither Sasuke or Naruto wanted to hit Sakura. Why would they care?

LiaLight points out
-Oh my GOD, where to start with this one?! Its so easy to pull this apart its almost difficult to begin!
They are a team! They are friends! Wether they say so or not, its a given that Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura all care for each! (not necessarily romantic, but it depends who you're talking too). After all they go through together how could they not care?
Not wanting to inflict grievious bodily harm on a friend gives no indication of orientation!

(So according to this video, fighting means you cant love the person. Not fighting means you love the person. Its all very black and white in that video-world isnt it?) 

5. Protect
Wolfgirl points out
-When Sasuke was first taken over by the curse mark, why did he care about Sakura?

LiaLight points out
-This is pretty much repetition of point 4. Admittedly this scene was a big step in favour of SasuSaku.
But heres how i see it: The curse mark made Sasuke both sadistic and possessive. He was looking for a reason to hurt something. Its the marks influence. Yes, its evilly cute that Sasuke was ready to kill for Sakura.
But during the Zabuza & Haku episodes, he was ready to DIE for Naruto. 
(He wasnt under the influence of anything then. Just his own body. And it was proven later on how afraid Sasuke was of death, until he overcame it to fight Orochimaru. After Naruto set an example by trying to fight Orochimaru first.)   
Once again, i admit that this scene was very SasuSaku. Theres no denying it. But it doesnt cancel out the SasuNaru hints either. If anything, its there to cater to the love-triangle theory. At this point of the anime, there was still a lot more SasuNaru proof anyway.

6. Thank You

-I havent actually seen this episode so i have no idea whats going on. There isnt enough footage in this video for me to make a desicion about it, though iv read about the scene in question. I suppose its another big step for the SasuSaku fandom. Yay for them.

7.Follow the Eyes

-Sakura thinks that Sasukes fierce behaviour is because of the curse mark

-First of all, the scene actually begins with Sasuke hitting the food out of Sakuras hands and then turning all his attention to Naruto. He was under the marks influence then however. I just thought id point that out for you to make your own judgement on it.
-This actually supports my theory in Point 5. The curse mark alters Sasukes behaviour. Now im not really sure what point is trying to be made here. So Sakura has a theory on the curse mark...how does that reflect on romantic feelings?

8. Breaking Bonds (TO BE CONTINUED. I just made a brief arguement here. It gets confusing ill have to think about what i want to say exactly)

-Sasuke didnt kill Naruto because he didnt want to obtain power the way Itachi did.

LiaLight points out
-(I always wondered why it was 'kill your closest friend' and not 'kill the one you love'. Wouldnt that have been more dramatic? In my opinion, thats because Sasuke doesnt clearly love anyone. Its all speculation. Ok so that means SasuNaru isnt canon. That means SasuSaku isnt either.
-That point is just repeating what Sasuke said. How do we know Sasuke is telling the truth? He says he spared Naruto on a whim. In the next point Wolfgirl says "then why is Sasuke about to kill Naruto?" Doesnt that contradict the point that was just made here? See what i mean when i say the SasuNaru ship is complicated on many levels? 

9. Impending Death

-If Sasuke loves Naruto then why is he about to kill him?

LiaLight points out
-I wasnt sure how to tackle this one (the points started to get very confusing and messed up towards the end) so i made general observations.
-The SasuNaru ship gets extremely complicated when Itachi and Orochimaru become more involved.
Sasukes brother, and gaining the power to defeat him, is pretty much Sasukes true 'love' in life. More like lust. (and i DONT mean an incestous thing!). Sasuke goes nuts when it comes to Itachi, turning his back on Naruto, Sakura, the entire Leaf Village! Yet somehow Naruto continues to be an important focal part of Sasukes life, even when obsessed with Itachi. Just saying.   

10. Ease the Pain
WolfGirl points out
-Sasuke turns to Sakura when hes in pain (well thats basically whats said)

LiaLight points out
-Sakura was the only one THERE anyway! In that state, in that much pain, i dont think Sasuke would have cared who was there as long as the pain was eased.
-I think its interesting that just after that scene Sakura cries out for Naruto when she doesnt know what to do. Make of that what you will. 

-PS. In the manga, its Sakura that hugs Sasuke when he's in pain. Hes in too much pain to do anything, so shes the initiator. In the anime Sasuke just kinda falls against her. (i read a comment that said "Lol, Sasuke threw himself at her boobs!!1 XD"

3.)Besides, WHAT boobs? She's almost flat-chested as Ibiki XP 

11. THE INTERVIEW - WATCH THAT IF NOTHING ELSE! <3

Now this point i absolutly adore because it actually gives hope to Yaoi and Het fans alike!
Narutos creator states that the SasuNaru kiss was included to surprise readers as it had never been done before. Ok! Fair enough.
THEN he goes on to say "Sakura, who had intended to be the first one to kiss Sasuke, has it stolen by HER rival Naruto."
What does he mean by Naruto is Sakuras rival? Rival in what? In love?!

He then goes on to say the reason he keeps fans in the dark about pairings is to keep the yaoi and het fangirls hoping. 
Sakura likes Sasuke
Naruto likes Sakura (what does that mean for NaruHina fans?)
Sasuke is unconfirmed.

Which actually means that all these points and speculation was pointLESS!
If Sasukes unconfirmed, then SasuNaru and SasuSaku are both possible!

Interesting point: the creator says that Sasuke hasnt been confirmed YET. 
Does that mean he will in future? So whoever he ends up with, we're all free to ship with good reason!

(Although im a yaoi fangirl, if Sasuke DOES end up with someone, it will probably be a girl at least. Naruto is foremost a shonen manga after all TT.TT Im a fangirl, but im realistic. Still, that doesnt mean i cant hope! XD)

I havent written anything for a long time. Because i havent HAD the time, or when i did, i had nothing to say. Yo be honest, iv nothing to say now. But iv nothing else to do. So here goes Random List of Listy Randomness

1. i wanna live in city. Dublin?

3. Seinfeld. I just like it.
4. Doujinshi. Im in a KakaIru and SasuNaru phase. (I admit KakaIru is crack. But i love it soooo much)
5. I got a new coat. Its pretty. But the sleeves are threading already 
6. I got new manga. Yaaaaaaaay.
7. Im really tired. Day-travelling does that. Walking hour, LUAS 10 minutes, train few hours, car few hours.
8. Iv done no homework over the midterm break. I cant believe its Friday/Saturday already.
9. I hate people who make no effort in Bebo comments. How do u respond to 'Lol'? and one line answers. Its like pulling teeth from em
10. Iv had nothing but candy for days now. It feels like iv doubled in size :-p

The schooltrip yesterday was....ok >.<
The first half fun, but other half wasn't so great.
The journey home took FOREVER! Id felt so exhausted and 'bleck' when i got home TT.TT
And now im in big trouble with my mother cause i refused to get out of bed this morning and missed school. Again. Second time this week ^^;; 
She's not happy O.o

 Today is Tuesday!
And i had the day off school!
...Which is a bad thing, considering im in my final year and i cant afford to fall behind (like last year. That was unpleasant TT.TT)
But i just wasnt up for school. Sometimes you just....need the day. Ya know? 
I had had a really terrible Monday too. I wanted a day to recharge.

So anyway, what did i do with my day off? 
Wel...i slept for most of it to be honest ^^;; Stayed in bed until 11 or 12 and discovered my mother had the day off work too. That kinda disturbed my plans. I had counted on having the house to myself, but whatever.
Had 6 messages on my mobile (replied to none! I really should get in touch... oh the guilt!) and spent a while watching kids shows on TV and working on my mothers new iPod for her (^^) Its her B-Day on Friday!

After a do-nothing morning, me and ma famille went to the city for a bit. I bought some Leaving Cert papers (Maths and History. Ugh -.-)
and the second book of the series "Looking Glass Wars", called "Seeing Redd". Has anyone read these books? They rox!!!
And finally i bought the lastest issue of Neo magazine (^^)
And when i got home, i was just in time for my beauticians appointment. I dont care what people say, women can take a lot of pain >.<!!!

So overall, im labeling this a productive day.
And i have a school trip to Dublin tomorrow, so Yay for that! <3
